New York-based private jet charter broker and jet card seller with an affiliated operator
Jets.com is a private aviation company based in New York City. It was founded in Manhattan in 2008 under the name Concord Jets and took the Jets.com name in 2009. The company lists more offices in Boston, Fort Lauderdale, London and Long Island.
Its main products are jet cards and on-demand private jet charter. It also runs a cargo charter department, which it set up on Long Island in 2020. It has two jet cards. Access Pass is tied to one aircraft category. Access + locks hourly rates for the life of the deposited funds. The company also has a mobile app where clients can request flights and check jet card balances.
Jets.com works as a broker. It arranges flights with third-party operators it has vetted. In 2021 its ownership bought the Part 135 charter operator Pittsburgh Jet Center and renamed it Private Jet Center (PJC). PJC operates from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and supplies aircraft for Jets.com clients. It also offers aircraft management, maintenance and an FBO. Recent FAA data reported in the trade press shows about 11 aircraft on PJC's certificate, mostly Citation XLS midsize jets and CJ3 light jets. Flights may be run by PJC or by outside operators.
Jets.com says it holds Wyvern Certified Broker and ARGUS Certified Broker status, and it has an in-house safety team led by a chief safety officer. The company says it completed 7,400 flights in 2024. Its destination guides cover much of the United States, the Caribbean and Mexico.
