FXAIR

FXAIR is a private jet charter company headquartered at 299 Park Avenue in New York. It was announced in July 2020 as a brand of OneSky Flight, the company within Kenn Ricci's Directional Aviation group that also includes Flexjet and Sentient Jet.

The company sells on-demand charter flights and two membership products, Aviator and Aviator+. According to FXAIR, the memberships give preferred and guaranteed access to specific aircraft types at fixed rates. At launch, the Aviator program was described as a deposit-based account with no joining fee.

FXAIR's aircraft access combines two sources. At launch it had a dedicated group of Flexjet Challenger 300 and Global Express XRS jets coming off fractional ownership, flown by Flexjet with Flexjet pilots. For other trips it arranges flights with third-party operators drawn from a wider network that the company says it vets for safety and quality. Its website lists categories from light jets through ultra-long-range jets, plus helicopters, and names the Phenom 300, Challenger 300 and Global Express among its FXSELECT aircraft.

The website presents flights as local or global, with Los Angeles, New York and Miami featured as destinations. Flyers comparing options should note that FXAIR is a seller of charter rather than an operator in its own right; the operating carrier depends on the aircraft booked, so it is worth asking which certificate holder will fly a given trip.
