TAPJETS Inc. - On-Demand Private Jet Charter

TapJets is a US company that lets travelers search for, price and book private jet charter flights through a mobile app and a website. It launched in April 2016 and set up its first office in Fargo, North Dakota, in space leased from Fargo Jet Center.

In 2023, Private Jet Card Comparisons described TapJets as a Texas-based digital charter broker. The flights it sells are arranged with independent charter operators, not flown on a TapJets fleet. A 2017 local news report said the company used algorithms to find a nearby available jet and passed each trip to a partner operator. At that time, the report said, TapJets also had a small number of its own aircraft as a backup.

Eugene Kesselman has been named as chief executive in coverage from 2017 and 2023. The company profile on file places an office in Los Angeles, while business databases have listed Houston, Texas, as its headquarters.

No recent independent source was found confirming which operators TapJets currently uses, or whether it requires ratings such as ARGUS or Wyvern. Flyers should ask which operator and certificate will fly their trip before booking.
