AmeriCharter - Private Jet Charter

AmeriCharter, Inc. is a U.S. private aviation company that its website says was founded in 2004 by pilots and aviation professionals. The listing places it in Las Vegas, Nevada, while its NBAA member profile gives a San Diego, California address.

The company is a charter broker. Its disclosure states that it does not operate as a direct air carrier and that flights are arranged with operators holding FAA or DOT Part 135 authority. It refers to compliance with the DOT Part 295 rules for charter brokers.

Services include on-demand private jet charter on aircraft from turboprops and light jets up to heavy jets, cargo charter for time-sensitive or oversized shipments, and empty-leg listings published through a separate search site. The company also provides aircraft sales and consulting, which its NBAA profile lists alongside charter broker services.

AmeriCharter states that it was named an honoree on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of fast-growing private companies. Because it does not own the aircraft it sells seats on, flyers should ask which operator will fly each trip and check that operator's certificate and audit status.
