Florida private aviation company offering charter, jet cards and aircraft management
FlyUSA is a private aviation company in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. According to its own account, it was founded by pilots in 2020 and began by brokering individual flights before expanding into other parts of the business. The company lists Tampa International (TPA), St. Pete-Clearwater International (PIE) and Sarasota-Bradenton International (SRQ) among its Florida airports, and says it has taken ownership of Clearwater Airpark (KCLW).
Its services include on-demand charter, a jet card, a membership called the Ascend Club, fractional and co-ownership programs, aircraft acquisition and aircraft management. It also promotes a Jet Card Recovery Program aimed at customers holding prepaid balances with other providers.
FlyUSA says it manages a fleet of about 20 aircraft. Its website shows fractional programs for the Pilatus PC-12 NG, Cessna Citation CJ3 and Dassault Falcon 2000LX, and pictures a Gulfstream G550. The company describes itself as owning and operating its charter business; third-party listings describe it as an FAA Part 135 operator, though the certificate itself was not checked for this profile.
The homepage displays Wyvern and ARGUS logos as well as NBAA and Air Charter Association marks. Flyers who want to confirm which certificate a particular flight is operated under, and the current audit status, should ask the company when booking.
