Houston Private Jet Charter - Travel King International

Houston Private Jet Charter is a page of Travel King International, a travel agency whose website lists a downtown Houston address at 609 Main Street. The company says it was founded in 1979 and describes its focus as corporate travel, luxury travel and private aviation. The Houston charter domain on file now redirects to the Travel King website.

For private aviation, Travel King works as a broker. It arranges on-demand charter flights with third-party operators and does not say it operates aircraft under its own certificate. Its site covers corporate, leisure and group trips. It also offers concierge help with ground transport, hotels, dining, catering, and passport and visa paperwork.

The aircraft categories listed run from turboprops and very light jets through midsize, super midsize, heavy and ultra-long-range jets to VIP airliners. In the Houston area, the company names William P. Hobby (HOU), George Bush Intercontinental (IAH), Sugar Land Regional (SGR), Ellington (EFD), David Wayne Hooks Memorial (DWH) and Houston Executive (TME) as departure points.

Travel King says it books only operators that hold ARGUS Gold or Platinum ratings, Wyvern Wingman status or IS-BAO registration. Those standards belong to the operators it books, not to Travel King. The company also lists memberships in NBAA, ARC, GBTA and ASTA. Flyers should ask which operator and aircraft are assigned to a quote and check that operator's credentials before booking.
