Glendale, Arizona helicopter operator for flight operations, maintenance and training
Templar Helicopters LLC is a helicopter services company based at Glen Harbor Boulevard in Glendale, Arizona, in the west Phoenix area. Its website describes it as a provider of aviation solutions with experienced licensed flight crews, maintainers and trainers.
The company lists flight operations, maintenance, engineering, logistics, aviation support and training among its services. Much of its positioning is aimed at government and defence work: the site notes a DCAA-approved accounting system and DCMA compliance, and says aircraft it maintains follow OEM, FAA or military requirements.
According to its website, Templar is certificated by the FAA under Part 135 for on-demand air carrier operations, Part 133 for external-load work and Part 145 as a repair station. The FAA aircraft registry shows a Bell 206L-1 LongRanger registered to Templar Helicopters LLC at a Glendale, Arizona address.
Flyers looking for passenger charter should contact the company directly, as its published material focuses on contract flight operations and support rather than leisure tours or rentals. Its archived site also links to a pilot supply shop and a Facebook page. The website on file now redirects to the US government SAM.gov portal, so the phone and email may be the best way to reach the company.
