Family-owned FBO, charter and flight school at Laconia Airport (KLCI), New Hampshire
Dae Aviation Corporation is the company behind Emerson Aviation, which trades as DAE Aviation Enterprises Corp. It is a family-owned fixed-base operator at Laconia Municipal Airport (KLCI) in Gilford, New Hampshire. The business was built by founder Alan Emerson; his son Dave Emerson bought it in 2002 and is owner and president. The company describes itself as the longest-established FBO at Laconia and cites around 50 years in aviation.
Emerson Aviation lists charter flights among its services, arranged around each customer's trip. Its website does not publish a charter fleet list or operating certificate details, so aircraft type and certificate should be confirmed when booking.
The FBO side covers fuel (100LL, Jet-A and Jet-A+ as a Titan Aviation Fuels dealer), hangar and tie-down space, de-icing and line service, plus rental and crew cars. A FlightAware listing notes a 12,000 sq ft hangar.
The company also runs the only FAA-approved repair station at Laconia, focused on piston aircraft such as Piper, Cessna and Mooney. It operates a flight school offering certificates from sport and private pilot up to commercial and instructor ratings, and it handles aircraft rental, FAA written test centre services, scenic flights and aircraft sales.
The main terminal is at 65 Aviation Drive, Gilford, and is open daily from 7am to 7pm, with on-call service outside those hours.
