Part 135 charter and aircraft management operator at Dallas Addison, now Mente Aviation
Four Corners Aviation was launched in 2021 as a new private aviation platform tied to Aquila Aviation Ventures, a partnership between investment firm City+Ventures and aircraft brokerage Mente Group. It replaced Millbrook Air, a New York-based Part 135 operator and aircraft management firm. In October 2026 the company was renamed Mente Aviation, and its old domain now redirects to the Mente Group website.
Mente Aviation provides on-demand charter and aircraft management and holds a Part 135 certificate. Trade press lists its managed and charter fleet as a Learjet 45XR, an Embraer Phenom 300E and two Gulfstream G650ERs, with Dallas Addison Airport (ADS) as its base.
Through the shared Mente website, clients can also access the wider group's services: aircraft sales and acquisitions, independent appraisals, fleet planning and consulting, flight department management for a monthly fee, and a programme called Freedom intended to move flight department costs off an owner's balance sheet.
For flyers, the main distinction is that Mente Aviation operates aircraft under its own certificate, while Mente Group acts as a broker and adviser on transactions. The listing's Frisco, Texas address reflects earlier reporting; current trade coverage places operations at Addison.
