Baker Aviation

Baker Aviation is a business jet charter operator based at Fort Worth Meacham International Airport (KFTW) in Texas. It flies under its own FAA Part 135 certificate and also runs aircraft maintenance from the same base.

The company focuses on charter, with its website describing a wholesale model built around partnerships with charter brokers, so many flyers will reach its aircraft through a broker rather than booking direct. It also manages aircraft for owners and offers maintenance, including AOG support.

According to ch-aviation, Baker's charter fleet consisted for years solely of Cessna Citation X jets, eleven at the time of the report, before it added its first Bombardier Challenger 300 in October 2024. A 2018 AIN report described the consolidation of its charter, management and maintenance operations into new hangars at Meacham, with maintenance moving from Addison.

With a largely single-type midsize-to-super-midsize fleet, the operator is suited to US domestic trips where a Citation X's speed and range fit the route.
