Jets.com is the trading name of Dem Jet Inc, a US private jet charter company founded in 2008 under the name Concord Jets. The company says it is headquartered in Manhattan, New York, and lists offices in Boston, Long Island, London and South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale and a Boca Raton office opened in 2020.

The company acts as a broker: it arranges flights as the client's authorised agent and states that it is not a direct air carrier, contracting only with FAR Part 135 operators. Its About page says that in 2021 it acquired Private Jet Center (PJC), a Part 135 operator, which suggests some flights may be flown by an affiliated carrier.

Alongside on-demand charter, Jets.com sells the All-Access Jet Card, introduced in 2013. The company describes it as offering fixed hourly rates, guaranteed availability and access across cabin classes, with balances tracked in its mobile app. Detailed contract terms such as minimums, peak-day rules and expiry are not published on the pages reviewed.

Jets.com reports holding Wyvern Certified Broker status since 2021 and ARGUS Certified Broker status since 2022, and names a chief safety officer on staff. Flyers comparing jet card programmes should ask for the full card agreement and confirm which operator will fly each trip.
