Prime Jet

Prime Jet LLC is a private aviation company headquartered on InterPort Boulevard in Englewood, Colorado. Its website also lists an office in Van Nuys, California. The company holds its own FAA air carrier certificate and flies charter under Part 135 rather than acting only as a broker.

Its main lines of business are on-demand charter, aircraft management for owners and advice on buying aircraft. A 2011 trade report described management options under Part 135, under Part 91 only, or a mix of the two, set up around how much each owner flies and how much charter revenue they want.

The company focuses on large-cabin Gulfstream jets. Its website shows a refurbished Gulfstream GV fitted with Starlink and refers to GIV operations. Search-result snippets from a 2025 press release mention a G650 joining the charter fleet alongside a G550 and a GIV-SP, but the fleet changes over time, so flyers should ask which aircraft are on the certificate when they request a quote.

Prime Jet has been operating for some time. A July 2011 report said the company had been sold by former owner Gordon Binder to members of its senior management, led by CEO Cheryl Janke. At that time it had offices in Colorado, Arizona and Singapore and had just added a new G550 based in Singapore.

The website shows ARGUS and Wyvern marks and lists air carrier certificate DBGA034L. Flyers who need a particular audit level should check the current rating directly with ARGUS or Wyvern.
