Florida-based private charter company with managed aircraft, jet cards and shares
FlyUSA is a private aviation company headquartered in Clearwater, Florida. Its website says pilots founded it in 2020. It started by brokering single flights and now says it owns and operates its own charter business. The El Paso listing points to a FlyUSA destination page, not a separate El Paso office.
Its services are on-demand charter, jet card options, a membership program, fractional programs, aircraft management and help with aircraft purchases. The site's navigation lists fractional programs for the Pilatus PC-12, Cessna Citation CJ3 and Dassault Falcon 2000. Bookings can be made through its own app.
The about page describes a fleet of 20 managed aircraft. A 2022 company release says it serves over 2,000 clients and members. For flights outside its own fleet, it says customers can use a wider network of charter aircraft.
In September 2022, Clearwater City Council unanimously picked FlyUSA and real estate firm Paradise Ventures to negotiate to become the fixed-base operator and redevelop Clearwater Airpark (KCLW). The company also announced it would move its headquarters from Tampa to Clearwater.
Its own pages do not mention an FAA Part 135 certificate or ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO ratings. Flyers should ask which certificate holder will operate a given flight.
