It describes itself as an online community of vendors offering aircraft, charter, parts and services. The platform does not appear to be a dealer in its own right, but it is closely connected to Omni International Jet Trading, an aircraft broker based at Easton Airport in Maryland.

Listings on the site are grouped by category: private jets, turboprops, helicopters, piston aircraft and commercial aircraft for sale or lease, along with fractional shares, charter availability, crew, maintenance, aircraft management, paint and interior work, and FBO, fuel and hangar space. Sellers can register and post their own listings, and owners can submit an aircraft through a sell-my-aircraft section.

When checked, the site had only a small number of listings. Easton, Maryland had the most entries, followed by Miami and Teterboro. The Easton listings were credited to Omni International Jet Trading, and the Omni website sends visitors to JetMarket.com to see its inventory. A listed jet showed a 410-820 phone prefix, which matches Omni's published number.

Omni International Jet Trading says it has traded aircraft since 1963. According to Wikipedia, the company was founded in Washington, DC and moved its aircraft sales to its FBO operation in Easton in 1990. Anyone buying through a JetMarket listing is dealing with whoever posted that listing, so buyers should check that seller, including Omni where it is the seller, independently.
