Dallas-based private jet charter broker offering on-demand flights and a jet card
Vault Aviation is a private jet charter company headquartered at 750 N. St. Paul Street in Dallas, Texas. It was founded in 2015 by Paul Taskalos and Weston Hull, according to Dallas Innovates.
Vault works as a charter broker. Its website states that it acts as an agent in obtaining air charter for customers, does not own or operate aircraft, and books flights operated by FAA-certificated Part 135 carriers. The company says it only uses fleets audited by ARGUS or Wyvern, and lists NBAA and ARGUS affiliations.
Its main product is on-demand charter paid trip by trip, without membership fees. It also offers a MAX Jet Card with fixed hourly rates. Aircraft categories quoted include turboprops, light, midsize, super midsize and heavy jets, sourced from operators rather than an owned fleet.
In October 2025, Dallas-based Leviate Air Group acquired Vault's business operations. Coverage of the deal states that the Vault brand and its jet card continue, and that Vault clients gain access to Leviate's aircraft sales, acquisition and management services. The company's client base has been described as largely sports, entertainment and high-net-worth travelers.
