Leviate Air Group

Leviate Air Group is a private aviation company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, led by chief executive Luis Barros. It brings charter, aircraft management and aircraft sales together under one group.

The group has three main businesses. Leviate Jet Management (the trading name of World Class Jet) is a charter provider that manages aircraft owned by others and flies them on its charter certificate. Leviate Air Charter is a charter broker that arranges flights with other operators when the managed fleet is not the right fit. A separate division handles business aircraft sales and acquisitions. The company also sells a jet card, though aviation press reported it as a small share of its retail business.

Its charter fleet has included Bombardier Challenger 300s and a Global 5000, Cessna Citation CJ3+, XLS and X models, an Embraer Phenom 300 and several HondaJets. In 2024 it reported expecting 13 aircraft on its charter certificate and said it does not plan to own or lease aircraft itself.

The group has grown through acquisitions. In October 2024 it took a 60% stake in Dallas-based Chairman Aviation, which operates Citation X, X+ and CJ3+ aircraft. In October 2025 it bought Vault Aviation, a charter broker serving sports, entertainment and private clients.
