Stratos Jet Charters, Inc. is a private jet charter broker headquartered in Orlando, Florida. It was founded in 2007 by Joel Thomas, who is President and CEO.
The company does not own or operate aircraft. It and its franchise agencies arrange flights with authorised air carriers, which keep operational control of each flight. Since 2024 it has offered client-facing service through independently owned franchise agencies, and it reported its 12th franchise in August 2025.
Stratos describes itself as an ARGUS Certified Broker, a status it reported holding for ten years in October 2024. It is also listed as a Wyvern-approved broker and an Air Charter Safety Foundation member.
Its services include on-demand, group, cargo, medical and last-minute charters, empty-leg flights and supplemental lift. In February 2022 it launched a fixed-rate, pay-as-you-go jet card, sold as Soar and Soar Higher with six- or twelve-month rate locks.
Destinations and routes on its website are mainly in the United States, and flights can also be arranged internationally through its operator network.
