Clearwater, Florida charter broker arranging private jet travel with certified operators
Elite Fleet (Elite Fleet LLC) is a private aviation company based on Countryside Boulevard in Clearwater, Florida. It works as a charter broker: the company states that it does not own or operate aircraft and that it acts under the US DOT Part 295 rules for air charter brokers.
Flights are arranged with third-party operators holding FAA Part 135 or Part 121 certificates, or foreign equivalents, and those carriers keep operational control of each flight. Elite Fleet says it applies its own vetting standards on top of regulatory requirements, but it does not name any independent safety audit such as ARGUS or Wyvern.
The company positions itself as a small, relationship-based planner rather than a high-volume booking desk. Its stated focus areas are executive travel, trips to golf and sporting events, group travel and leisure trips. Alongside aircraft sourcing, it handles ground transportation and schedule changes, and says its team is reachable around the clock.
No fleet is listed because aircraft are sourced per trip. The company does not publish founding dates, ownership details or pricing on its website.
