Cielo Blu is an aircraft brokerage based in Chino, California. Aviation trade press reported in 2022 that it was set up within the Threshold Aviation Group (TAG), a Chino aviation business owned by the DiLullo family, and that it is led by president and managing director Kayla DiLullo.

The firm handles the acquisition, sale and consignment of private and business aircraft and says it also works with corporations, financial institutions and insurers on distressed aircraft. Its transactions range from light Tecnam piston aircraft to business jets such as Gulfstreams.

In July 2022 Tecnam named Cielo Blu its exclusive dealer for sales and service in California and Arizona. Maintenance, storage and management are provided through partner Threshold Aviation Group, which operates at Chino (KCNO) and Auburn Municipal (KAUN). Cielo Blu does not offer charter flights.

Buyers considering a new Tecnam should confirm the current dealer arrangement, because trade press reported in 2025 that Tecnam had appointed a different company as its authorised dealer for the same two states.
