AmeriCharter - Private Jet Charter

AmeriCharter is a small private aviation company in San Diego County, California, founded in 2004. Its website says it was started by pilots and aviation professionals. Inc. lists the company in San Diego with 1 to 10 employees and names Anthony Battaglia as its leader. Business directories give an office address on Palomar Airport Road in Carlsbad.

Its main service is on-demand private jet charter. Clients ask for a quote for each trip and get aircraft options with custom pricing, so no membership or jet card is required. The company describes its aircraft as coming from a network, and there is no sign that it runs aircraft under its own operating certificate. Flyers should treat it as a broker that arranges flights with third-party operators.

The aircraft categories on its site run from helicopters such as the Airbus H125/H130 and turboprops such as the King Air and Pilatus PC-12 up through very light, light, midsize, super-midsize and heavy jets. AmeriCharter also runs EmptLeg.com, a search site for discounted one-way empty leg flights.

The company also offers cargo charter for urgent and hard-to-move shipments, including flights to remote locations. Its ownership division advises on buying and selling new and pre-owned aircraft, inspections and appraisals, charter leaseback and aircraft management. It also offers help with fractional ownership and points clients to financing and legal resources. Inc. describes the business as a boutique, referral-based firm serving corporations and private clients.

AmeriCharter was named to the 2025 Inc. 5000 list at No. 4,786. No ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO credentials were found for the company itself. Flyers should ask which operator and certificate will fly each trip.
