Stratos Jet Charters

Stratos Jet Charters, Inc., trading as Stratos Jets, is a private jet charter broker headquartered in Orlando, Florida. The company says it has been arranging flights since 2007. Joel Thomas is named as founder and president.

Stratos is a broker rather than an operator. It states plainly that it does not own or operate aircraft, and it arranges flights with third-party operators that hold their own certificates. Its offering covers on-demand and last-minute charter, large group and sports team flights, cargo and medical transport, empty-leg flights, supplemental lift and aircraft financing.

For frequent flyers, the company sells a jet card membership called SOAR and also offers a ClearSky membership. Because Stratos books aircraft from many operators, the aircraft type and operator will vary by trip, and clients can ask which operator and certificate will fly each leg.

Stratos has been an ARGUS Certified Broker since that program began in 2014, according to the company, and trade press reported a twelfth consecutive renewal. Its website also displays Wyvern, Air Charter Association and NBAA logos without describing the nature of those affiliations.

Since March 2024 the company has run a franchise programme, with independently owned agencies selling under the Stratos brand; trade press reported a twelfth franchisee in August 2025. Customers dealing with a local office may be working with one of these franchise agencies.
