Principal Aviation is a private aviation company headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. It was founded in 2021 and describes itself as an air charter broker acting as agent for its customers, with flights operated by licensed direct air carriers.

Its core business is on-demand charter, arranged with third-party operators across aircraft sizes from turboprops such as the King Air 350 and light jets such as the Phenom 300 up to the Global 7500, as well as helicopters and airliners for larger groups. The company also lists group charter, cargo charter, government and emergency response flights, and aircraft management, sales and consulting.

In 2025 Principal Aviation launched its first jet card, marketed on its website as the Navigator Pass, which offers fixed hourly rates locked for at least 12 months and hours that do not expire. In early 2026 it acquired its first aircraft, an Embraer Legacy 600, moving toward a hybrid model that combines brokerage with owned aircraft. Industry coverage reported the jet would fly under another company's Part 135 certificate rather than Principal Aviation becoming an operator itself.

The company states that it applies ARGUS and Wyvern safety standards and an internal audit programme when selecting operating partners, and it displays ARGUS, Wyvern, ACSF and NBAA logos. It holds a Better Business Bureau profile in Boca Raton.
