ABOVE Private Aviation

ABOVE Private Aviation is a private air charter company with offices at 433 Plaza Real in Boca Raton, Florida. It arranges private flights for both personal and corporate travel.

Its website describes access to a network of more than 7,000 FAA-certified aircraft and over 4,000 airports worldwide. That description points to a charter company that arranges flights with third-party operators rather than flying its own fleet; the site does not name an operating certificate of its own.

Aircraft categories offered include turboprops and helicopters, very light and light jets, midsize and super-midsize jets, heavy jets, and airliners, which covers short regional hops as well as long-range and larger-group trips. An independent aviation directory lists the company under aircraft charter in Boca Raton with round-the-clock service.

The website displays logos for the ARGUS and Wyvern safety programs and for NATA and NBAA, but does not explain the nature of these affiliations. Flyers who need audited operators should ask which operator will fly their trip and request that operator's audit and certificate details before booking.
