Private jet charter broker based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, booking flights worldwide
Air Charter Advisors is a private aviation charter broker with its office in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, outside Philadelphia. The company says it was started in 2012, and Adam Steiger is named as its president.
The firm states plainly that it is not a direct air carrier and does not own or operate aircraft. It arranges flights with third-party operators, which it says fly under FAR Part 135 or Part 121 certificates or a foreign equivalent. Its site refers to a network of more than 10,000 aircraft available on a pay-as-you-go basis without membership fees.
Services listed include on-demand private and executive charter, group and sports team charters, cargo and freight flights, non-emergency medical flights, and pet-friendly travel. It also sells prepaid jet cards in 25, 50 and 100-hour blocks, and offers aircraft management and aircraft sales and acquisition help. Helicopter transfers are listed as an add-on concierge service rather than a core product.
On safety vetting, the company says it uses third-party reports from audit firms such as ARGUS and Wyvern when selecting operators, and its homepage describes it as a Wyvern broker. In December 2025 it announced a partnership with Reading Aviation at Reading Regional Airport (RDG) to serve clients in Berks County.
Flyers comparing brokers should note that pricing and aircraft depend on the operator chosen for each trip, and can ask which certificate holder will fly a given booking.
