VADE Private Jets

VADE Private Jets, trading as flyVADE, LLC, is a private jet charter broker with an office at 2025 Guadalupe Street in Austin, Texas. The company's website states plainly that it is an air charter broker and not a direct air carrier, so flights are operated by third-party charter companies rather than by VADE.

The company arranges private, business and group jet charters, and its website also links to a jet card product, VADE Silver. Other services listed include trip planning, guidance for international travel and corporate travel consultation.

VADE does not list aircraft of its own. It says it sources aircraft from a network of operators ranging from light jets for regional trips to VIP airliners. According to its website, it works only with FAA Part 135 certificated operators that hold ARGUS Gold or Platinum ratings or are Wyvern Wingman approved, and each trip is checked with a Wyvern PASS or ARGUS TripCheq report before departure.

The website cites over 20 years of team experience but does not give a founding year or name the people behind the business. Flyers can ask for the operating carrier and its audit status on each quote.
