Buyer and seller representation for large-cabin business jets, Palm Beach and Zürich
Amjet Aviation is a family-owned aircraft transaction firm that represents buyers and sellers of business jets. Its client advisory offices are in Palm Beach, Florida and Zürich, Switzerland, while its Atlanta, Georgia office handles corporate administration.
The company traces its roots to 1976, when it began as Laurel Flying Service in Laurel, Mississippi, an operation that included an FBO, Part 135 charter and maintenance. It adopted the Amjet Aviation name in 2000, the same year Scott and Amanda Rogers took full ownership; both remain in leadership roles.
Its current work is advisory and representation rather than charter. Services include fixed-fee market and valuation analysis, exclusive seller representation, exclusive buyer representation for individuals and corporate flight departments, and transition mandates that combine the sale of one aircraft with the purchase of its replacement. The firm states that it acts for one principal per transaction and does not hold a financial position in the aircraft it handles, having stopped dealing in resale inventory.
Amjet concentrates on large-cabin and long-range types, including Gulfstream, Bombardier Global and Dassault Falcon models. It reports more than 900 aircraft transactions, over 200 of them cross-border, across more than 45 countries. An independent aircraft marketplace profile also lists the firm as a business jet dealer and brokerage in Atlanta with experience in cross-border transactions.
