Part 135 charter, FBO, maintenance and aerial firefighting from Albuquerque, NM
Bode Aviation is a diversified aviation company headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and says it has been operating for more than two decades. Its main site is Double Eagle II Airport, where it runs an FBO, a flight school and maintenance and parts operations.
Private charter is one of several business lines. Bode operates its own Part 135 fleet; in late 2024 ch-aviation reported that the certificate covered two jets, a Citation Bravo and a Citation II, and five propeller aircraft: three Pilatus PC-12s, a King Air E90 and a Cessna T210M. The Citation Bravo seats up to seven passengers.
Other work includes aerial firefighting, maintenance, repair and overhaul, aircraft modification and integration testing, and special mission flying for commercial and government customers. The company lists additional sites at Albuquerque Sunport, Centennial Airport near Denver, Four Corners Regional Airport in Farmington and a Caribbean charter presence in San Juan, Puerto Rico under the FlyBode Caribbean name.
The mix of turboprops and light jets suits regional trips across the Southwest, including shorter or higher-elevation runways where PC-12s are commonly used. Flyers can ask Bode for current aircraft availability and any third-party safety audit ratings, which were not published in the sources reviewed.
