Ohio-based lessor of Cessna Citation jets on long-term Part 91 dry leases
Woodbine Aviation is a business jet leasing company listed in Akron, Ohio. It focuses on Cessna Citation aircraft rather than charter flights.
According to its website, Woodbine offers Citations only on long-term or multi-year FAA Part 91 dry leases. Under this arrangement the lessee holds operational control, hires and pays the pilots and pays for fuel, while Woodbine covers maintenance, repairs, insurance, licences and permits. The company does not offer individual trips, charter or jet card products.
The aircraft offered are mainly Cessna Citation 550 and 560 models. The website does not publish a fleet count; its photographs show several registered Citations.
This model suits flyers or companies that want regular use of a light jet and are prepared to arrange their own crew, rather than travellers seeking a single trip. Prospective lessees should check the lease terms, aircraft condition and their own operational responsibilities under Part 91 before committing.
