Helicentre

Helicentre is a helicopter business in the United Kingdom. Its official website describes it as a provider of commercial and private helicopter training, charter, surveying, helicopter sales and aircraft management. This listing places the company in Manchester, England, with a Manchester phone number on file. That location has not been independently confirmed, so flyers should check with the company which airfield a flight would leave from.

For private flyers, the most relevant service is helicopter charter. The website has a dedicated charter section, and the company also does aerial surveying work. This research did not confirm whether Helicentre flies charters on its own aircraft under its own operating certificate or arranges them through other operators. It is worth asking about this, and about the type of helicopter offered, when requesting a quote.

Helicentre also runs pilot training for both private and commercial licences. It sells helicopters and offers aircraft management for owners, and it has an online shop. Because the company works across training, sales and management, it may suit buyers who want help finding a helicopter as well as ongoing support once they own one.

PJReviews has not verified the company's fleet size, years in business, operating approvals or third-party safety audits. Before booking, flyers should ask for the operator's details and confirm the aircraft, pilot and departure point for their trip.
