Eclipse Air Charter

Eclipse Air Charter is an on-demand private jet charter company founded in Toronto in 2016 by Yasmin Alam. It expanded to New York in 2018 and announced an international headquarters in Mayfair, London, in October 2020. Its website currently lists offices at Adelaide Street West in Toronto and Hanover Square in London.

The company arranges flights with third-party operators rather than flying its own aircraft. Its website states that flights are operated by FAR Part 135 carriers that retain full operational control, and that these carriers must also meet the company's own safety standards.

Charters are sold on a pay-as-you-go basis, with no membership fee, long-term commitment or management charges. Clients book through charter consultants who can be reached around the clock, and the company serves both corporate and individual travellers on routes worldwide. During the COVID-19 pandemic it also arranged cargo flights carrying protective equipment and ventilators into Canada and the United States.

The website displays an ARGUS badge and a TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) registration number, 50024536. These were not independently checked.
