Admiral Jet

Admiral Jet is the trading name of DD Aviation Ltd, which gives its UK head office as the Marlowe Innovation Centre in Ramsgate, Kent. The directory listing shows a London phone number, but the website names Ramsgate as the head office.

The company arranges private flights for business and leisure travellers. Its website lists private jet and helicopter charter, corporate and VIP charter, airliner charter, turboprop and commuter aircraft, crew movements, cargo charter, empty-leg flights and VIP ground transport.

Admiral Jet says it can source aircraft from a worldwide pool of more than 25,000 aircraft, which indicates that it arranges flights with third-party operators rather than flying its own fleet; the website does not mention an operating certificate. The firm also cites more than 50 years of experience in the aviation industry.

No industry accreditations or safety audit memberships are stated on the website, so flyers may wish to ask which operator will carry out a given trip and what audit standards it holds.
