Hilti Air

Hilti Air is an aviation company at London Elstree Aerodrome, Hogg Lane, Borehamwood, north of London. Its website says it was established in 2016, and the aerodrome's own tenant page says it has been based at Elstree since 2019.

The company offers helicopter charter and fixed-wing charter, and also supports special events. It sells aircraft, sourcing them through a worldwide database, and has advertised business jets such as Citation and Learjet models for sale. It also provides aircraft management and takes maintenance enquiries.

According to London Elstree Aerodrome, the company runs a Pilatus PC-12 and two Leonardo AW109 Trekker helicopters. The sources do not say whether charter flights are flown on its own air operator certificate or by partner operators, so flyers should ask who the operating carrier is when booking.

Hilti Air is also a UK Civil Aviation Authority Approved Training Organisation offering helicopter pilot training. It says its senior team has more than 43 years of combined fixed-wing and rotary experience.
