Heliselling Ltd

Heliselling Ltd is a helicopter sales and services company registered in England and Wales. Companies House records show it was incorporated in April 2017 under the name Summerflight Helicopters Ltd and took its current name in January 2021. The company is listed as active, with a registered office in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

Its core business is helicopter sales. The website carries an inventory of helicopters for sale, a sales portfolio and a record of aircraft already sold, and it offers a procurement service for buyers looking for a particular type, supported by a helicopters-wanted section.

Alongside sales, the company lists aircraft management, ferry flights to deliver aircraft, aviation consulting, and pilot services, including VIP pilots and pilots for superyacht helidecks. These services are aimed mainly at owners and buyers of private helicopters rather than at passengers looking to book a flight.

The website does not mention passenger charter or an air operator certificate, and it does not name a home airfield or the helicopter brands it specialises in. Buyers should confirm whether the company is acting as owner, dealer or broker for a listed aircraft and ask for maintenance records and a pre-purchase inspection before committing.
