HeliGroup is a UK helicopter company based at Wycombe Air Park in Booker, Buckinghamshire, west of London. It was set up in 2016 to focus on UK helicopter charter and management work, building on the training business of Helicopter Services, of which it was described as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Its main business is private helicopter charter. Its website describes airport transfers between London Battersea Heliport or a client's location and Luton, Farnborough, Stansted and London Oxford, as well as flights to events such as Silverstone, Ascot and Goodwood.
HeliGroup says it owns and operates a fleet of new Airbus Helicopters. In 2018 it introduced an Airbus ACH135 Helionix with six passenger seats for charter from Wycombe Air Park. Charter flights are operated under the air operator certificate of V21 Ltd (UK AOC GB 2128), a company incorporated in 1997 and registered in High Wycombe.
The company is also the official UK distributor of the Guimbal Cabri G2 two-seat training helicopter and offers flight training.
