Textron Aviation representative for Cessna and Beechcraft sales and service in Paraguay
Aero Centro S.A. is a Paraguayan general and business aviation company located at Silvio Pettirossi International Airport (ASU/SGAS) in Luque, near Asuncion. Its website dates the company's history to 1955 and says it has represented Cessna since 1958 and Beechcraft since 2015.
For private flyers, its main relevance is aircraft sales. Aero Centro sells new and used aircraft as a representative of Textron Aviation, the maker of Cessna and Beechcraft, and also represents Garmin avionics, McCauley propellers and Continental engines. A 2023 article in La Nacion described the company as Textron's representative in Paraguay for 65 years, at an event where a Citation XLS Gen2 was on display at its hangars.
The company also runs an authorised Textron Aviation service centre with maintenance and avionics workshops, and offers FBO and hangar services, parts sales and a heliport on a site of more than 50,000 square metres. Public procurement records show maintenance contracts on Cessna aircraft for Paraguayan government bodies.
Aero Centro also runs a flight academy. Its website does not mention charter or air taxi services.
