Domestic scheduled and charter flights from Albrook airport, Panama City
Flytrip is a domestic airline based at Marcos A. Gelabert Airport (Albrook) in Panama City, with its office at Hangar 14-A. It began as a charter operator; a Bocas del Toro business directory reports that it became a scheduled airline in 2023.
Its website lists regular flights to Bocas del Toro, Pedasí and Contadora, alongside private and charter flights, cargo and household moves. Bocas del Toro is served daily, and Pedasí has flights on most days of the week. Scheduled fares are sold in three classes with differing baggage allowances and change rules.
The same directory lists additional charter uses, including sightseeing flights, aeromedical evacuations and humanitarian or cargo flights, as well as Albrook-to-Tocumen charters for groups of five or more who need to connect with international departures.
The fleet is small and made up of single-engine turboprops. The Bocas directory lists two Kodiak 100s seating nine passengers each and a Cessna Grand Caravan EX seating twelve, although fleet counts vary between sources.
For private flyers, Flytrip is mainly an option for charters and short hops to Panama's island and coastal destinations rather than long-range jet travel.
