Nigerian helicopter and jet operator for oil and gas, based in Port Harcourt and Lagos
Nesto Aviation Services Limited, known as NestAv, is a Nigerian aviation company incorporated in 2013 as the aviation arm of the Obijackson Group. It was set up mainly to serve the country's oil and gas sector with charter flights.
The company's website lists offshore helicopter support, charter flights, executive jet services, medical evacuation flights, a VIP lounge and aircraft hangarage. Its Port Harcourt hangar is at the Nigerian Air Force base off Eliozu Road, and it has a second hangar at the General Aviation Terminal in Ikeja, Lagos.
A 2022 ThisDay report described the fleet as two AgustaWestland AW139 helicopters, a Bombardier Global Express and a Gulfstream G-IV. The same report said the helicopters are maintained in-house under an agreement with the manufacturer, while the jets go abroad for heavy checks. In 2019 NestAv joined HeliOffshore, the offshore helicopter safety association, as an operator member.
Flyers and companies considering NestAv should confirm the current fleet and its air operator certificate with the company, since the most recent independent fleet information found dates from 2022.
