Eagleflight

Eagleflight (Eagleflight Technics) is an Auckland aviation company based at the Mechanics Bay heliport, 1 Solent Street, near the city centre. Its tourism brand, Helicopter Me, is described as tracing back to 1983, when the business started as Northshore Helicopters.

The company runs helicopter charter flights around New Zealand and offers private jet travel within New Zealand and beyond. It also provides helicopter pilot training at Mechanics Bay, aircraft management for owners, and aerial survey work using both crewed aircraft and unmanned systems it says it designs and builds in New Zealand.

Its website cites New Zealand CAA Part 135 (air transport with helicopters and small aeroplanes) and Part 102 (unmanned aircraft) certification. Pilot job adverts describe a fleet of single and multi-engine helicopters including the Airbus H130, Bell 427 and Bell 206.

Flyers booking jet travel should ask whether the jet is flown by Eagleflight or by a partner operator, as the website does not say.
