Malaysian medical assistance firm arranging air ambulance and medical escort flights
Aeromedical Global (M) Sdn Bhd, also known as AMG, is a Malaysian company that provides medical assistance services. Its website places it in Kuala Lumpur, while the listing on file gives Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
The company lists medical evacuation and medical repatriation, including for COVID-19 positive patients, alongside second opinions on whether a move is advisable, air ambulance and ground transfers, and escort doctors, nurses and paramedics. It also mentions a wellness and medical tourism programme.
The website does not name any aircraft or say whether AMG operates aircraft itself, so it should be treated as arranging air ambulance flights with third-party operators unless it confirms otherwise. It says its operations desk runs around the clock and that it assists worldwide.
No certifications are listed on the site. Families and insurers should ask which operator and medical crew will carry out a transfer.
