Avia Solutions Group

Avia Solutions Group is a large aviation holding group that grew out of Vilnius, Lithuania and moved its controlling headquarters to Dublin, Ireland in 2023. It describes itself as the world's largest ACMI provider, supplying aircraft with crew, maintenance and insurance to airlines, and reports more than 11,000 staff and close to 100 offices and production sites across six continents.

The group is not a single charter company. Its website lists 19 business lines, including ACMI and cargo airlines, aircraft leasing and trading, maintenance, ground handling, pilot training, consulting and logistics.

For private and business flyers, the relevant parts are KlasJet, the group's business and corporate aviation unit operating VIP-configured aircraft, and Chapman Freeborn, a charter broker the group acquired in 2019 that arranges passenger and cargo charters with operators worldwide. Arcus Air Logistic and the group's on-board courier units focus on cargo and time-critical shipments.

Flyers looking for a specific charter will normally deal with KlasJet or Chapman Freeborn directly rather than with the parent group. Group subsidiaries listed by public sources include Avion Express, SmartLynx Airlines, Magma Aviation and Bluebird Nordic.
