privateaviation.it | Venice

privateaviation.it is a private aviation broker based in Venice, Italy. Its website calls it a certified private jet broker and says it works in partnership with Air-Dynamic SA, an aviation company based in Lugano, Switzerland. The site's branding reads "Powered by Air-Dynamic & RPJ".

The company arranges on-demand private jet and helicopter charters for business and leisure travel within Europe and to destinations further afield. Flights are booked with third-party operators rather than on aircraft the company runs itself. Clients fill in a quote form that asks about the route, date, number of passengers, whether pets are travelling and an approximate budget, and they can choose between a jet and a helicopter.

Its focus is on Venice itself. The site says it offers access to Giovanni Nicelli Airport on the Lido and arranges onward transfers across the lagoon, linking the flight to water transport. It also promotes helicopter sightseeing tours over the Venetian Lagoon, which are booked through a separate events website, and travel tied to the Milan–Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.

The company also sells Gold and Platinum memberships. According to the site, benefits include a free one-way flight on a Pilatus PC-12 or PC-24, access to VIP and sporting events with ticketing, and empty-leg offers for Platinum members. The site does not publish terms or prices for the membership.

The website does not name any aircraft operator, operating certificate or third-party safety audit such as ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO. Flyers should ask which operator will fly each trip and check that operator's certificate before booking.
