SKY Aviation Srl is an Italian helicopter company. It was formed in 2020 when Airstar Aviation of Cossato (Biella) merged with GMH Helicopter Services of Courmayeur (Aosta Valley). Its operational headquarters is in Cossato, Piedmont. Its registered office is at the Franco Garda helipad by the Val Veny cableway square in Entrèves, Courmayeur, below Mont Blanc.

For private flyers, the company offers helicopter taxi and transfer flights, flights planned around a client's request, and flights for events such as weddings and conventions. It also runs panoramic flights and tours over the Alps, plus heliski flights. A large part of its work is aerial work: it carries loads on a sling (cargo hook) to places that are hard to reach by road.
