Helitaly

Helitaly Srl is a private aviation intermediary based in Cislago, in the province of Varese in Lombardy, Italy. It arranges helicopter and private jet flights for business and leisure travellers.

The company states on its website that it has no fleet or pilots of its own and does not hold an Air Operator Certificate. Instead, it arranges flights with third-party operators certified by aviation authorities. A 2017 trade article described Helitaly as having its own aircraft and pilots; the company's current website contradicts this, so the broker model should be taken as the current position.

Its main offer is helicopter transfers for business trips, leisure travel and events, including corporate pickups from private sites where permitted, and transfers from Italian and French airports. It also arranges private jet charters worldwide, incentive trips for companies, and seasonal helicopter experiences such as sightseeing and food-and-wine tours.

Helicopter flights cover Italy and nearby countries. Recent event work cited by the company includes transfers for the Rome Film Fest and for a historic motor race at Mugello. Because the operator varies by trip, flyers should ask which certified operator and aircraft will fly each booking.
