According to an earlier version of its website, the company was founded in 2004 at Caselle and first provided round-the-clock ground handling to aircraft passing through Turin airport. Its LinkedIn page names Antonio De Luca as founder and lists a small team.
Today the company focuses on private jet charter for business and leisure trips. It also sells empty-leg flights and arranges air ambulance flights with pilots and medical crew. It can add on-board catering, ground transport and help with arrangements at the destination.
The website lists several aircraft types that clients can access, including a Gulfstream G550, a Bombardier Challenger 350, a Cessna Citation CJ4 and a Dassault Falcon 900B. No operating certificate under the company's own name was found during research. Flyers should assume flights are run by third-party operators unless the company confirms otherwise, and should ask which operator and air operator certificate will cover a booking.
The company says it has flown more than 3,500 flights, carried over 10,000 passengers and served more than 200 airports on five continents. These figures could not be checked independently. No ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO accreditation was found.
