Oxtons, whose legal entity is Oxtons Limited, is an independent company at Queens House, Queens Avenue, Douglas, Isle of Man. It serves owners of private and corporate aircraft and superyachts, and it also provides family office services.

Its aviation work focuses on ownership and administration. The firm handles aircraft registration on the Isle of Man, Guernsey, San Marino, UK and US registers, filings with the International Registry of Mobile Assets, and US owner trusts for N-registered aircraft with overseas owners. It also handles EU import and export, VAT reporting, escrow and corporate banking.

Oxtons also lists aircraft management and operational support, ownership advisory, help buying and selling aircraft and rotorcraft, pre-purchase inspections and valuations, asset finance and insurance. Its website says many of these services are delivered with global business partners, and it does not say which ones Oxtons handles in-house.

The firm is not an aircraft operator, and its website does not mention any aviation operating certificate. It is most relevant to owners setting up or restructuring how an aircraft is registered and held. Flyers who want to book a charter flight will be better served by a charter broker or operator.
