Megamax Aviation Private Limited

Megamax Aviation Private Limited is an Indian aviation company with its office at Megamax House, Sector 57, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It is part of the Megamax Group, whose chairman and managing director is Rajesh Kumar Singh, according to a September 2026 press release.

The company markets private jet charter, helicopter charter and corporate charter within India. Its best-known offering is pilgrimage travel by helicopter: Char Dham Yatra packages covering Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath, and shorter Do Dham Yatra trips.

Megamax's own website states that charter flights are operated by the respective authorised aircraft operators under applicable DGCA regulations. Flyers should therefore treat it as a company that arranges flights with third-party operators rather than as the operator of record, and ask which operator and aircraft will fly a given trip. The site shows a Falcon, an AgustaWestland AW109 and an Embraer only as representative aircraft images.

Separately, Megamax Aviation is the company behind Air Ayodhya, a planned regional airline under the UDAN scheme focused on Uttar Pradesh. In September 2026 it received a No Objection Certificate from the Ministry of Civil Aviation; the airline still needs a DGCA Air Operator Certificate and plans to start with Cessna Grand Caravan EX aircraft, the first due in December 2026.
