VSR Ventures Pvt. Ltd. trades as VSR Aviation and is based in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. It holds an Indian non-scheduled operator permit (NSOP 07/2014), so it flies its own permit's aircraft rather than only brokering trips.

The company's website lists private jet charter, air ambulance flights, empty legs, aircraft leasing and aircraft management, along with aviation consultancy and spare parts supply. It also lists bases in New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bhopal.

According to ch-aviation, the aircraft on the NSOP included Learjet 45 and 45XR jets, four Embraer Legacy 600s, King Air B200 turboprops and a Pilatus PC-12. The PC-12 is reported as inactive since January 2024. The company's own site shows the Legacy 600, PC-12, Learjet 45XR and King Air B200.

Flyers should be aware of the operator's recent safety record. A VSR Learjet 45XR crashed on landing at Mumbai in September 2023, and EASA suspended VSR's third-country operator authorisation in December 2024. After a fatal Learjet crash at Baramati on 28 January 2026, India's DGCA reported non-compliances in airworthiness, air safety and flight operations, and in February 2026 it grounded four of the company's Learjets until airworthiness standards are restored.
