SkyConnect ACS

SkyConnect ACS Pvt. Ltd. is a private aviation services company in New Delhi, India. Its registered office is in Dwarka. The company says it has more than 18 years in aviation, and its corporate identity number points to incorporation in Delhi in 2011.

The company arranges private jet charters for corporate, government and private clients, plus helicopter charters for regional trips and destinations fixed-wing aircraft cannot reach. Its website shows aircraft such as the Embraer Legacy 600, light and mid-size jets, and helicopters, but it does not say whether it operates any of them under its own permit. A directory listing describes it as a brokerage, so flyers should assume flights are arranged with third-party operators unless told otherwise.

Alongside charter, SkyConnect offers aircraft management, aviation consulting and trip support: flight planning, ground handling, visa and permit arrangements, and hotel and transfer bookings.

The company is enrolled with India's Directorate General of Civil Aviation as a Flight Clearing Agency (enrolment no. DGCA/2025/FCA/032), and says this is its main focus going forward. Through it, the company handles flight clearances, airport slots and parking for domestic and international flights into and within India. This is relevant for owners and foreign operators who need permits and slots at Indian airports. The company has also arranged air ambulance flights with a Nagpur heart hospital, which received regional press coverage.
