Himalayan Heli Services Limited

Himalayan Heli Services Limited is an Indian helicopter operator with its registered office in Madangir, New Delhi. The company was founded in 1998 by Harsh Vardhan Sharma and Wangchuk Shamshu and describes itself as one of the earliest providers of heli-skiing and pilgrimage helicopter services in India.

Its passenger work centres on shuttle flights to pilgrimage sites such as Mata Vaishno Devi, Amarnath, Kedarnath and Manimahesh, along with multi-site Char Dham style tours and private charter flights. Outside passenger flying, the company carries out aerial work including geophysical and LiDAR surveys, external load operations, powerline stringing, aerial filming and search and rescue, and it also offers heli-skiing and aviation consulting.

The fleet is built around the Airbus H125 single-engine helicopter. In February 2025 Airbus announced an order from the company for two additional H125s, which the manufacturer said would take the fleet to eight aircraft for commercial air transport and aerial work in northern India. The company's managing director was quoted as saying it had flown the type for more than 15 years.

Operations described on the company website include Dehradun, Sitapur, Sersi, Kedarnath, Gangotri, Badrinath, Pahalgam and the Katra area. The company states that it holds DGCA CAR-145 approval as a maintenance organisation, maintaining its own fleet and supporting third parties, and that it received the Best Non-Scheduled Operator award at Wings India in 2022.
