Air Ambulance Service is a website run by Safe Fly Aviation Services Pvt Ltd, a New Delhi aviation services and brokerage company. Its operations office is in Mehram Nagar, next to Indira Gandhi International Airport. The company says it was founded in 2010 by Sudip Sharma and Poonam Sharma.

The site arranges patient transfers within India and internationally. Options include ICU-equipped air ambulance flights, stretcher seats on scheduled airlines, medical escorts for patients flying home, and helicopter legs for short distances. Safe Fly also offers private jet and helicopter charter, aircraft sales, cargo charter, and engine and parts trading.

Safe Fly says it is a broker and not an aircraft operator. Flights are flown by licensed air ambulance operators holding their own Air Operator Certificates, or by scheduled airlines. Aircraft types named on the site include the King Air 350, Challenger 605 and Gulfstream G550, but the company does not say it owns any of them.

The site does not list any accreditations or name a DGCA approval, so families and hospitals should ask which operator will fly the mission and check that operator's credentials.
